Chairman's Message

Fellow Members:

 

 

In 2012, Dexter Credit Union made significant strides in improving the infrastructure of the credit union in order to better serve your needs in the future all while remaining financial strong and well capitalized.

 

We opened our relocated state-of-the-art branch facility in North Scituate.  It is clearly an impressive branch operation which has received tremendous reviews since its opening in July.  A large capital improvement project also began to the headquarters in Central Falls.  These improvements will allow the credit union to better serve all of our members as well as the communities we serve.

 

With the technology solutions that were integrated in the prior year, Dexter has been able to offer more to its members in 2012 than ever before.  We continue to offer competitive rates in addition to an expanded product offering made possible by the technological improvements.  Members now have easier and expanded access to their accounts through redesigned user-friendly website as well.

 

I’m also proud of the continued social responsibility displayed by the credit union and its staff.  The donations and volunteerism shown to our community organizations position Dexter as a good neighbor in addition to being a strong financial partner.

 

While the financial and housing markets continue to struggle to regain their footing, Dexter Credit Union remains committed to helping its members find their way during these tough times.  The ground-work laid in 2012 will allow Dexter to be well positioned to prosper in the brighter days ahead.  Our strength and success come from you.  We are grateful to have you as members of this credit union.  We are committed to providing you with all of the tools and resources to successfully manage your financial goals now and into the future.
